The University of Tsukuba, one of the leading research universities in Japan, has established the Ph.D. Program in Human Biology supported by the Japanese government, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in 2012. This program aims to nurture the global leaders who will contribute to the creation of active and sustainable human society and provides multidisciplinary courses covering medical, biological, computational, and physical sciences where students can develop outstanding research skills and expertise.
The Ph.D. Program in Human Biology is now seeking highly motivated undergraduates and postgraduates from all over the world and willing to offer them the curricula of global standard quality based on interdisciplinary and international collaboration amongst the teaching staff from industrial, academic and governmental organizations. We have decided to conduct the 2016 examination (for entrance on April 2017) as follows.
Venue: Tsukuba and oversea places Bonn (Germany), Shanghai (China), Tashkent (Uzbekistan), Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), Dallas (USA), Taipei (Taiwan), Jakarta (Indonesia)
* The examination sites overseas will be confirmed after the announcement of the first screening result. We will decide the venue in light of the number of people who pass the first screening.
* The applicants are required to pay for their own transportation and accommodation fees.

Announcement of first screening result: Fri. 22 July 2016
Examination: Tue. 30 August 2016- Wed. 31 August 2016
